Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, such as holidays or sales, processing time may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time and Rates

We offer free standard shipping with delivery within 3-5 business days for all orders within the United States. 

For international orders, we offer express shipping with delivery within 3-5 business days for a flat rate of $30.

Shipping Carriers

We ship all U.S. orders via USPS. All international orders will be shipped via DHL or UPS. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier's website using this number.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
